Job Summary

  • Our client is looking for a vibrant, smart, and creative individual to work with.
  • The Sales and Marketing Representative will be responsible for advertising and selling properties, tasked with growing the customer base by generating leads, consulting clients on market conditions, creating a list of real estate properties, presenting purchase offers, and developing competitive market prices.

Job Description

  • Coordinate sales efforts with a marketing program and create new leads.
  • Communicate and handle meetings with prospective clients and companies.
  • Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of properties, advising them on the suitability and value of the property.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers.
  • Assist in the development of pricing schedules for quotations, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Acts as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
  • Compare a property with similar properties that have recently been sold, to determine its competitive market price.
  • Coordinate property closing, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
  • Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listings.
  • Prepare documents such as representation contracts, presentations /proposal power points, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a related field
  • Excellent customer service and customer relationship management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Critical and creative thinking.
  • Problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Good Knowledge about real estate and local property.
  • Real Estate Market Analysis.
  • Exceeding sales goals/target
  • Brilliant prospecting and negotiating skills.

N80,000.00 Monthly + 10% commission on sales from N1 million and above.
